Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order must be placed before 12 PM PST)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Elusive Wonders is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Elusive Wonders is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
